摘    要:综述了带钢压下规程制定的基本方法及其发展趋势,详细介绍了如何利用EXCEL规划求解器在多约束和多目标函数条件下对轧制规程进行优化,对优化计算中涉及的主要数学模型进行了分析研究,并通过具体实例来说明优化效果.该方法便于工程技术人员实际操作,对有效提高带钢生产效率、充分发挥设备能力等具有较大的实用意义.

Abstract:The basic methods and development trend of formulating rolling schedule were summarized. How to optimize the rolling schedule using EXCEL calculator was introduced under the conditions with multi - goals and multiple restrictions. The main mathematical models involved in the optimizing calculating were discussed, and the optimizing effect was explained by instances. This method is suitable for technicians to practical operation, it is also useful for increasing production efficiency of strip steel and giving full play to the ability of the equipment etc.
