摘    要:叙述了国内外磁场、电场作用于金属材料的热加工过程中,对金属材料组织和性能影响的研究情况.磁场和电场都能细化金属材料的晶粒,对金属材料的组织和性能具有显著的影响.此外,磁场能够提高金属材料的传导和传热能力,提高金属材料的冷却均匀性和时效后的强度.电场能够提高金属材料的强度、硬度和渗透性.

Abstract:The research on the evolution of microstructure and properties of metal materials under magnetic field and electric field during heat processed was reviewed in detail. The magnetic field and electric field have evident effects on the microstructure and properties of metal materials, the magnetic field and electric field can make the grain finer of metal materials during heat processes. Besides, the capability of conduction and heat transfer of metal materials can be improved, and the cooling uniformity of metal materials and the strength after aging can be improved in the magnetic field. The strength, harden and osmosis of metal materials can be improved in the electric field.
