机械活化强化载金硫化矿浸出的研究进展

摘    要:综述了近十年国内外来在载金硫化矿机械活化方面的研究工作,介绍了硫化矿机械活化机理、机械活化强化硫化矿的浸出和机械活化设备的应用。需要应用现代分析手段和量子理论模型深入研究机械活化前后矿物界面的变化,并且需要建立设备、工艺对机械活化机理的影响机制。最后对机械活化的研究发展前景和方向进行了总结。

Abstract:Research progress on mechanical activation assisted leaching of gold-bearing sulfide ores in recent decade is summarized. Mechanism of mechanical activation, mechanical activation enhanced leaching process of sulfide ores and application of mechanical activation equipments are discussed. Modern analysis methods and quantum theoretical models are recommended to be applied in study of mineral interface change before and after mechanical activation, and mechanical activation mechanism should be established based on special equipment and leaching process. Finally, the prospect and trends of mechanical activation development are proposed.
