| 摘 要： | 富邦炉为赤峰富邦铜业有限责任公司新开发的富氧侧吹熔池熔炼炉。该生产工艺的主要技术经济指标:氧气浓度66%,烟气中SO2浓度25%～28%,渣含铜0.47%,Fe/SiO2=1.1～1.2,燃料率3.5%～4.0%,烟尘率1.0%～1.5%,床能力74.6t/(m2.d)。

| Abstract: | Fubang furnace is an oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting furnace newly developed by Chifeng Fubang Copper Co., Ltd. The technical-economic indicators of Fubang furnace include oxygen concentration of 66%, SO2 concentration in waste gas of 25%~28%, copper in slag of 0.47%, Fe/SiO2=1.1~1.2, fuel rate of 3.5%~4.0%, dust rate of 1.0%~1.5%, and bed capacity of 74.6 t/(m2?d). |
