高铁硫化锌精矿加压浸出研究及产业化

摘    要:采用加压浸出技术处理高铁锌精矿,完成了小型试验、半工业试验和工业性试验并投入工业化生产。工业性试验的锌浸出率98.05%、铁浸出率29.22%,较好地实现了锌的选择性浸出;浸出液残酸39.15g/L,浸出液中的铁含量5.71g/L,可以用沉矾除铁工艺进行处理。

Abstract:The abundant high-iron zinc-sulphide concentrate is treated by pressure leaching process,the laboratory test,semi-industrial test and industrial test have been finished,then industrialization production are executed based on pressure leaching technology.The industrial test results show the zinc leached rate is 98.05%,and the Fe leached rate is 29.22%,the remained acid in leachate is 39.15g/L,the iron content in leachate is 5.71g/L,that could be removed by the technology of sink alum.
