| 摘 要： | 6063铝合金作为一种典型的挤压合金,其型材成品被广泛应用于各个领域。介绍了6063铝合金中主要合金元素对型材表面质量产生的影响,如划伤、腐蚀、着色不正等缺陷。针对如何控制6063铝合金中主要合金元素含量问题提出了相应解决方案,为保障6063铝型材表面质量提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | As a typical extrusion alloy, profile products of 6063 aluminum alloy are widely used in various fields. The effects of main alloying elements on surface quality of 6063 aluminum alloy, such as scratches, corrosion and coloring irregularities, were introduced. Addressing solutions to control content of main alloying elements in 6063 aluminum alloy are proposed, which can provide theoretical reference for surface quality of 6063 aluminum alloy. |
