硝酸催化氧化氯化物浸出黄铜矿的研究

摘    要:讨论了试验原理,考察了氧化和浸出反应的影响因素。酸度高时硝酸催化氧化反应速率快,最佳氧化反应温度为95℃。浸出反应的适宜条件是95~100℃,浸出液酸度0.5 mol/L,氧气由溶液底部通入。

Abstract:The experimental reaction principle was discussed.The influence factors on oxidizing and leaching were tested and investigated.The higher the nitric acid concentration is,the quicker the rate of the catalyzing and oxidizing reaction will.The best temperature of oxidation is 95℃.The optimum leaching conditions are that the temperature ranges from 95℃ to 100℃,the acid concentration of leaching liquid is 0.5 mol/L,oxygen is conducted into liquid from bottom.
