摘    要:研究钙硅渣湿法处理最佳工艺条件,确定CO2浓度、CO2气体的添加方式、分解次数、时间、温度、液固比、碱液和铝酸钠浓度等因素对钙硅渣湿法分解的影响。有利于硅渣湿法分解的条件是延长反应时间,增加分解次数,采用合适的添加方式,确定适宜的温度范围。CO2浓度、液固比对钙硅渣湿法分解的影响不明显。在钙硅渣湿法分解过程中,含硅化合物转化成在碱液中相对稳定的水合硅酸钙,而含铝化合物转化成在碱液中反应活性较好的氢氧化铝等。适宜的转型工艺条件是CO2浓度8%~100%,分解时间2h左右,L/S 5~10,温度50℃左右,分解次数为三次。

Abstract:The optimal condition of hydrategarnet hydro-treatment is investigated and the influencing factors are described,such as CO2 concentration,measures of CO2 addition,times of decomposition,retention time,temperature,ratio of liquid/solid and alkali liquor to aluminate etc.Prolonging of reaction time,increasing hydro-treatment times,adequate measures of CO2 addition and the optimal temperature range are favorable to the transformation of the hydrategarnet.Variation of CO2 concentration and L/S ratio are of lit...
