新型湿法碱洗脱除氧化锌烟尘中的氟氯

摘    要:以回转窑氧化锌烟尘为对象,利用Na2CO3溶液作为吸收液,研究集收尘和脱氟、氯、硫于一体的工艺及装置。结果表明,当液气比为1.5 L/m3、喷淋液pH为7.5时,该种工艺及装置收尘效率达到99.61%,除氟率达到93.1%,除氯率达到91.5%,锌回收率达到98.17%,且产品次氧化锌可直接用于电解锌的生产。

Abstract:The process and equipment of to remove fluorine, chlorine and sulphur together with dust collection from zinc oxide of rotary kiln were discussed with Na2CO3 solution as absorption liquid. The results showed that when the ratio of liquid on gas was 1.5 L/m3 and pH was 7.5, the dust collection recovery was 99.61%, the de-fluorine rate was 93.1%, the de-chlorine rate was 91.5%, the recovery of secondary zinc reached 98.17%, and the product can be used in electrolytic zinc production directly.
