高导电阴极钢棒结构铝电解槽电热场仿真计算

摘    要:采用有限元仿真计算的方法对高导电阴极钢棒结构240kA铝电解槽进行了电热场计算。分析高导电阴极钢棒对铝液水平、槽电压以及电解槽温度分布的影响。结果表明,阴极压降可以有效降低107mV,并可有效减少铝液中的水平电流。

Abstract:Thermal and electrical field of 240 kA aluminum reduction cell with high conductive cathode steel bar was calculated by finite element simulating calculation. The effects of high conductive cathode steel bar on aluminum liquid level, cell voltage, and temperature distribution of 240 kA reduction cell were analyzed. The results show that cathode voltage can drop by 107 mV, high conductive cathode steel bar can effectively reduce horizontal current in aluminum liquid.
