从铜阳极泥分银渣提取银和铅的研究

摘    要:采用液碱溶解、硝酸浸出、沉银、硫酸沉铅工艺从分银渣提取银和铅。试验结果表明,加入甲醛可有效减少银的分散损失,氯化银沉淀中氯化银质量百分数为96.21%,硫酸铅沉淀含铅68.24%,方法简单易操作,成本较低。

Abstract:Silver and lead were recovered from residue after silver extraction of copper anode slime by dissolution with sodium hydroxide solution, leaching with nitric acid solution, silver precipitation, and lead precipitation. The results show that addition of formaldehyde can effectively reduce silver loss. Mass fraction of silver chloride in silver chloride precipitation is 96.21% and mass fraction of lead in lead sulfate precipitation is 68.24%. This process has the advantages of easy operation and low cost.
