| 摘 要： | 针对铜火法精炼固体还原剂的特点,采用Rockwell公司的Compact PLC、I/O模块及其组态软件,进行自动喷吹系统硬件集成设计与应用软件开发,并在多台回转式阳极炉上成功运行,取得了明显的经济效益,作业环境得到较大改善,降低了操作工人的劳动强度。 |

| Abstract: | Rockwell's compact PLC,I/O modelers and configuration software were adopted to design and develop automatic blowing system hardware in accordace with characteristics of solid reductant for copper pyrometallurgical refining.The system has been successfully applied to multi furnaces of rotary positive pole and has received good results for its commercialization.The operating environment can be further improved and the operator working strength can be reduced. |
