摘    要:搅拌是湿法工艺中的重要操作单元,直接关系到浸出净化效率及产品综合能耗。反应器内浸出、净化过程包括固液气多相传热传质和复杂化学反应的强非线性过程,内部流场特性的定量信息难以直接测量,且强化搅拌技术的研发缺乏系统的理论指导。从搅拌方式、搅拌效果的衡量指标以及搅拌在现代工程中的应用三个角度出发,梳理了强化搅拌这一重要研究方向的最新进展,并概述了数字化、智能化技术在强化搅拌理论及技术研发过程中的广泛应用与广阔前景。

Abstract:Agitation is an important operation unit in wet process, which is directly related to leaching efficiency and comprehensive energy consumption. The leaching and purification processes in the reactor include strong nonlinear processes of solid-liquid-gas multiphase heat and mass transfer and complex chemical reactions, and the quantitative information of internal flow field characteristics is difficult to be directly measured, and the research and development of intensive stirring technology lacks systematic theoretical guidance. The latest progress of intensive agitation was reviewed from three aspects: agitation method, measure index of agitation effect and application of agitation in modern engineering. The extensive application and prospect of digital and intelligent technology in the process of intensive stirring theory and technology research and development were also summarized.
