杂铜阳极泥浸出渣电炉还原熔炼渣型研究

摘    要:采用一种新的联合法处理工艺处理杂铜阳极泥,主干流程由杂铜阳极泥焙烧—硫酸溶浸—滤渣电炉还原熔炼—铅锡合金电解—焊锡阳极泥中回收贵金属工序组成。电炉还原熔炼采用非铁渣系,重点研究了熔渣的物性和渣型的选择。

Abstract:A novel combination treatment process was applied to treat scrap copper anode slime. Main processes include roasting of copper anode slime, sulfuric acid leaching, reducing smelting of leached residue in electric furnace, electrolysis of tin-lead alloy, recovery of precious metal from soldering anode slime. Non-ferrous slag system was used in electric furnace. The properties of slag and selection of slag type were studied in detail for industrial production.
