内热式竖式炉炼镁冷凝产物形态的研究

摘    要:利用自主研发的内热式竖式炼镁炉还原白云石球团料来提取粗镁,并对冷凝产物进行分析和表征。结果表明,当冷凝器位于竖式炉的正上方和不加外部冷却时,进行冷凝产物粗镁的收集是可行的,冷凝产物均呈现致密层和疏松层两部分,在距离挡火板50cm处,致密层较厚,疏松层较薄。

Abstract:Novel inner-heating vertical furnace independently developed was applied to extract crude magnesium from dolomite. Magnesium condensation was analyzed and characterized. The results show that when condenser is located above shaft furnace and no external cooling is carried out, collection of crude magnesium is available. Condensation products can be divided into dense layer and loose layer, respectively. The optimal location is 50 cm from fire blocking, where dense layer is thick and loose layer is thin.
