硫化铋精矿处理新工艺研究

摘    要:简述了硫化铋精矿处理新工艺,利用调整后的铅阳极泥盐酸浸出液浸出硫化铋精矿。生产实践表明,该工艺可操作性强,既不增加设备投资,又能同时处理铅阳极泥和硫化铋精矿,铋直收率达90.44%,浸出渣含铋小于1.0%。

Abstract:New process to treat bismuth sulfide concentrate was described. Bismuth sulfide concentrate was leached by hydrochloric acid lixivium of lead anode slime. Plant practice shows that this technology is feasible with advantages of better operability, no investment on equipment, and simultaneous processing of lead anode slime and bismuth sulfide concentrate. Bismuth leaching recovery is 90.44% and bismuth content in slag is 1.0% below.
