细粒级氧化铜矿浸出矿浆絮凝沉降试验

摘    要:采用复合絮凝剂对某细粒级氧化铜浸出矿浆进行沉降试验,考察了絮凝剂种类和用量、矿浆浓度等对沉降性能的影响。结果表明,当矿浆质量浓度为8%,每吨干渣PHP-5与PHP-8用量分别为48g和12g时,矿浆沉降速度达到5.1m/h,完全满足工业要求。

Abstract:Flocculating sedimentation test on fine copper oxide ore leached slurry was conducted with composite flocculant. The effects of type and dosage of flocculant, concentration of slurry on sedimentation were investigated. The results show that the sedimentation rate is 5.1 m/h under the optimum conditions including mass concentration of slurry of 8%, dosage of PHP-5 and PHP-8 flocculant of 48 g/t and 12 g/t (dry slag). The test results can fully meet the industrial requirements.
