有机胺溶液吸收SO2的研究

提出了常压下在鼓泡式反应器中以三种不同的有机胺(乙二胺、二乙烯三胺及三乙烯四胺)溶液作为吸收剂进行吸收及解吸SO2的新工艺。探讨了二乙烯三胺—胺—水多元体系在吸收SO2过程中的特性,考察了溶液初始pH、吸收剂浓度、有机胺配比等因素对SO2吸收量的影响规律,确定了实验室规模下适宜的最佳吸收条件:温度30~40℃,初始pH6~7,吸收液浓度(有机胺/水)为5/200~8/200(体积比),二乙烯三胺/三乙烯四胺体积比为4/1。

Experimental Study on Sulfur Dioxide Absorption with Amine Solution

A new approach of absorbing sulfur dioxide by using amine solution is proposed at atmosphere.Three kinds of organic amine(ethylenediamine,diethylenetriamine,triethylenetetramine) are used as absorbents to absorb sulfur dioxide in the bubbling reactor.The multi-system of triethylenetetramine-amines-water solution used in absorbing sulfur dioxide is innvestigated.The factors of the initial pH value,the absorbent concentration and the ratio of organic amine on the absorption of sulfur dioxide are studied.The results show that the optimal experimental parameters for absorbing sulfur dioxide are: the initial pH is about 6～7,the concentration of organic amine is about 5/200～8/200(volumetric ratio),the ratio of diethylenetriamine to triethylenetetramine is 4/1.Under such conditions,the organic amine solution resuts in the best efficiency of absorbing sulfur dioxide.
