国内外铅冶炼技术现状及发展趋势

摘    要:综述了国内外铅冶炼技术的发展现状及趋势,并从工艺和经济方面对熔池炼铅和闪速炼铅进行了比对。指出铅冶炼技术的发展必将遵从对环境污染最低、高的金属综合回收利用率、适应于低品位复杂铅矿资源的处理、能耗低、自动化程度高等原则。具有我国完全自主知识产权、居于世界领先水平的铅富氧闪速熔炼新技术的成功运行,可以提高我国铅冶炼的整体技术水平和企业竞争力。

Abstract:The status and developing trend of lead smelting technology were summarized. Processes of bath smelting and flash smelting were compared in terms of technology and economic effects. In summary, lead smelting process should aim to achieve lower environmental pollution, higher metal recovery rate, more effectiveness for complex low grade lead-bearing ore materials, lower energy consumption and higher automation. The successful operation of world advanced lead oxygen-enriched flash with independent intellectual property is of significance in improving the lead smelting technology and enterprises competitiveness in China.
