摘    要:通过试验研究了电镀液镍盐浓度、电镀添加剂(润湿剂、整平剂和光亮剂)、阴极电流密度和热处理等因素对泡沫镍力学性能和阴极电流效率的影响,阐明了工艺技术条件对泡沫镍技术性能的影响机理,提出了提高泡沫镍综合技术性能的工艺方法,制得了综合技术性能指标优良的泡沫镍样品。

The Method of Improving the Technology Performance of Nickel Foam
Abstract:The effects of nickel salt and additive (humectant, unknitting reagent and brightening reagent) concentration of electroplating solution, cathodal current density and heat treatment on the technology performance of nickel foam and the cathodal current efficiency have been investigated, the influence mechanisms of these factors on the quality of the nickel foam have been elucidated. The method to improve the technology performance of nickel foam has been put forward and excellent nickel foam has been prepared.
