摘    要:以黄钾铁矾渣和硫酸锰为原料,通过热酸浸出、净化除杂、共沉淀和铁氧体工艺等过程,制备出锰锌铁氧体产品。实验结果表明,Fe和Zn的浸出率为90%~95%,Cu2+、Cd2+、Ca2+和Mg2+平均去除率分别为99%、85%、92%及85%;共沉淀粉含Fe 45.11%、Mn 16.12%、Zn 4.97%、Ca 0.0155%、Mg 0.0025%、Si 0.0017%、Cu 0.00058%、Cd 0.0006%;铁氧体产品的磁性能够达到日本TDK公司PC30指标。

Abstract:The soft magnetic manganese-zinc ferrite was prepared by jarosite residues and manganese sulfate through hot-acid leaching,purification and impurity removal,co-precipitation,ferrite technology and so on.The test results showed that the leaching rates of Fe and Zn were 90%~95%,the average removal rates of Cu2+,Cd2+, Ca2+ and Mg2+ were 99%,85%,92%and 85%,respectively,and the co-precipitation powder contained 45.11% of Fe,16.12%of Mn,4.97%of Zn,0.0155%of Ca,0.0025%of Mg,0.0017%of Si,0.00058%of Cu,and 0.0006%of Cd.The magnetism property of soft magnetic manganese-zinc ferrite production reached PC30 indicator of TDK Corporation in Japan.
