无铅汽油发动机用的粉末冶金阀座材料

摘    要:简要分析了气门阀座的磨损机理后,提出一种在耐热基体中加入硬质相和固体润滑剂的粉末冶金阀座材料。通过对比性实验,证明其具有优良的高温强度、耐磨性、耐蚀性,能满足无铅汽油发动机的要求。

Abstract:A powder metallurgy material is introduced after a brief analysis of the wear mechanism of the valve seat insert.Such a material contains a hard phase and solid lubricant in a heat-resistant base.After making comparisons through experimentation,it is proven that the material has excellent high temperature strength,high wear resistance,good corrosion resistance and thus is suitable for use in lead-free gasoline engine.
