摘    要:利用氢气共还原混合盐制取Ni-Fe-Mo预合金粉,分别在873K,1023K,1073K温度下还原。热力学计算表明三种还原下都能被氢还原,1073K还原温度制得的粉末效果最佳。

Abstract:The Ni-Fe-Mo prealloy powder is prepared by coreduction of mixed salt with hydrogen at 873K,1023K and 1073K respectively. Thermodyrnamical calculation shows that reduction by hydrogen can takes place at any one of these three temperatures. The powder prepared at the reduction temperature of 1073K obtains the best result. Ni-Fe-Mo system is fee substituted solid solution, its lattice constant is 0.356395 nm.
