济钢1750m^3高炉炉前开口机的优化改造

济钢3座1750m^3高炉炉前原使用的是液压、气动双控制开口机，该开口机存在使用周期短、维护成本高、维护难度大等缺陷．针对以上缺陷，将1号1750高炉作为试点，通过一系列优化改造，在不停产的情况下将气动开口机改为液压开口机，取得了良好的效果．

The machine has the drawbacks of short service life, as well as big difficulties and high cost in maintenance, In view of the above drawbacks, a pure hydraulic nozzle-tapping machine was utilized for the 1# 1750 blast furnace, which was modified and optimized, and taken as the experiment site. Good results were attained by the modifffaction.
