摘    要:针对天钢3 200m~3高炉的生产状况和原燃料情况,对影响喷煤比的原燃料情况、热风温度、煤粉情况、富氧、加湿鼓风、炉顶压力、混合喷吹以及炉内操作情况等限制性因素进行分析。结合天钢3 200 m~3高炉的实际情况,提出了提高煤粉燃烧率的多项措施,提高了高炉喷煤比,降低了焦比和炼铁成本。

Abstract:Based on the production status and raw material and fuel conditions of 3 200 m BF in Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited(TISC),the author analyzes restricting factors on coal injection ratio such as raw material and fuel conditions,hot air temperature,pulverized coal conditions,oxygen enrichment,wet blasting,pressure at furnace top,mixed blowing and in-furnace operation.Afterwards,the same,in combination with the actual conditions of 3 200 m BF,puts forward a number of measures for increasing the combustion ratio of pulverized coal.As a result,the coal injection ratio of the blast furnace was improved and coke ratio and iron-making cost were reduced.
