| 摘 要： | 介绍了炼铁高炉喷煤控制系统设备及生产情况，对影响称重信号及喷吹率计算的干扰因素进行了详细分析，并提出解决方法。喷吹率计算程序中设计了移位寄存器程序块，在保证喷吹率的计算精度的同时又兼顾实时性。经过四年的应用证明，喷吹率计算稳定，使用效果良好。
