摘    要:唐钢1700生产线2座步进式加热炉存在加热温度较高、炉渣堆积过快的问题,对生产物料平衡、温度均匀性产生影响。根据实际生产,对各项影响因素进行逐一分析,结合生产线自身特点,将步进式加热炉常规炉底改成倾斜结构的新型炉底。炉底改造后,加热炉内积渣量明显减少,板坯温度均匀性得到了显著提高,延长了打渣周期,提高了产品性能的稳定性。

Abstract:Problems of high heating temperature and fast slag accumulation occurred at the two stepping furnaces of Tanggang 1 700 production line,affecting material balance and temperature uniformity.Analyzing each influencing factor according to actual production,the author modified the conventional furnace bottom into a new inclined type. Subsequently,slag accumulation was reduced substantially and slab temperature uniformity improved prominently.Hence, deslagging cycle was prolonged and the stability of product property raised.
