摘    要:以一种多元素铁基合金粉芯丝材(含Fe,Cr,B,W,Si,Mo等)作为堆焊材料,用CO2气体保护焊堆焊的方法在A3钢基体上制备堆焊层。堆焊层由非晶相和纳米晶相组成,根据衍射峰的半高宽,计算出铁基堆焊层中平均晶粒尺寸为35~43nm。对堆焊层进行XRD、DSC、SEM、TEM和EDS分析,并利用显微硬度计、高温摩擦磨损试...

Abstract:The working condition and mechanism of molten zinc corrosion of sink roll in hot dip galvanizing bath is analyzed. The material and surface treatment which can be used in molten zinc at present are introduced in detail. It is indicated that thermal spray coatings can reduce the corrosion from molten zinc,and sealing treatment by high temperature mineral sealing can improve the corrosion resistance to molten zinc. The research direction for protection of sink roll is pointed out.
