3D打印金属粉末的制备方法

摘    要:3D打印技术是一种新型的打印技术,其突出优点在于无需机械加工或任何模具,就能直接从计算机图形数据中生成任何形状的零件,从而极大地缩短产品的研制周期,提高生产率和降低生产成本。3D打印金属粉末作为金属零件3D打印最重要的原材料,其制备方法备受人们关注。本文主要介绍了目前国内外3D打印金属粉末的制备工艺,气雾化技术的最新进展,并对3D打印金属粉末制备技术的现状进行分析,提出建设性意见。

Abstract:3D printing is a new type of printing technology. Its outstanding advantage is that without any molding or mechanical processing, we could generate in any shape of parts directly from the computer graphics data, which greatly shortened the production developing cycle, improved the productive effect and reduced the production cost. As metal parts in 3D printing, printing metal powder was the most important raw materials, whose preparing methods attracted people's attention. In this paper the preparation methods of printing metal powder at home and abroad, new developments of aerosol technique were mainly introduced, and the present situation of 3D printing metal powder preparation technology was also analyzed, some forward constructive suggestions were given.
