摘    要:在湿法电锌生产中,溶液中氯离子对电解危害较大,主要表现为腐蚀阳极,使锌片含铅升高,常见的除氯的方法有:硫酸银沉淀法、铜渣除氯法、离子交换法等,国外也有使用氧化铋除氯的工艺。文章对电锌系统除氯的各种工艺进行比较,认为氧化铋除氯较适合冶化厂除氯。

Abstract:In the production of electric zinc,the chloride ion in the solution is more harmful to the electrolysis,mainly corroding the anode and causing the lead increasing in zinc tablets.The common dechlorination methods include sulfuric acid silver precipitation,copper slag dechlorination and ion exchange,as well as using bismuth oxide to get rid of chlorine at abroad.The paper has carried out comparison to the various dechlorination processes in the electric zinc system,and thought that bismuth oxide dechlorinati...
