摘    要:文章主要阐述了圆柱坯和方柱坯镦粗、拔长的变形机制,通过理论分析及实践经验来改善刹车壳体的生产技术、降低成本、提高成材率,实现公司利益最大化。结果表明:(1)拔长方坯,选用每道次压下率为12.5%,可满足砧宽比或过渡系数和压下率等工艺参数最佳的匹配;(2)当镦粗高径(宽)比>2时,由于变形体均匀压缩区的存在,导致镦粗体会出现双鼓形;(3)当高径(宽)比《1时,饼类锻件的剪切变形与剪切应力强烈,极易导致其心部出现裂纹。

Abstract:In this paper,the deformation mechanism of upsetting and stretching of cylindrical blank and square column blank is mainly described. Through the theoretical analysis and practical experience,it improves the production technology of brake housing,reduces costs and improves the rate of finished products,finally to maximize the company’s interests. The results show that:( 1) In stretching rectangular billet,the reduction rate of each pass is selected to be 12. 5%,which can meet the optimum matching of anvil width ratio,transition coefficient,reduction rate and other technological parameters.( 2) When the height-diameter( width) ratio is > 2,due to the existence of uniform compression zone of the deformed body,the upsetting will appear double drum.( 3) When the height-diameter( width)ratio is ≤1,the shear deformation and shear stress of pie forging are strong,which can easily lead to cracks in its core.
