摘    要:针对郴州某细粒硫化铅锌矿,在研究矿石性质的基础上,通过条件试验研究了磨矿细度、新型捕收剂YS-B和调整剂等对该矿浮选的影响,确定了各个条件的最佳工艺参数;通过小型浮选闭路试验,获得了铅品位60. 95%、回收率90. 71%的铅精矿,锌品位44. 91%、回收率87. 10%的锌精矿,在铅粗选不加石灰的情况下较好地实现了铅锌的高效浮选回收。

Experimental Study on Flotation of a Sulfide Lead-zinc Ore with New Collector

Abstract:Aiming at a fine sulfide lead-zinc ore in Chenzhou,based on the study of ore properties,the influence of grinding fineness,new collector YS-B and regulator on flotation of the ore were studied by conditional test,optimum technological parameters of each condition were determined.Through small-scale closed-circuit flotation test,lead concentrate with 60.95%lead grade and 90.71%recovery,zinc concentrate with 44.91%zinc grade and 87.10%recovery were obtained.The high-efficiency flotation recovery of lead and zinc was achieved.
