铅阳极泥中有价金属的综合回收

摘    要:采用盐酸浸出铅阳极泥富集金银,考察盐酸浓度、反应温度、液固比、反应时间对盐酸浸出过程中铜、锑、铋、金、银的影响。研究结果表明,浸盐酸浓度为3 mol/L、液固比为8∶1、反应温度为85℃、反应时间为4 h时,铜、锑、铋的浸出率分别为98%、99. 5%、99. 6%;浸出后的铅阳极泥与浸出前相比,金、银富集2倍以上。

Abstract:Lead anode slime was leached by hydrochloric acid to enrich Au and Ag,and effects of reaction concentration of hydrochloric acid,reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio on leaching rates of Cu,Pb,Sb,Bi during hydrochloric acid leaching process were inspected.The experimental results show that the leaching rates of Cu,Sb,Bi are 98%,99.5%,99.6%when hydrochloric acid concentration is 5.7 mol/L,reaction temperature 85℃,ration of liquid to solid 8:1,reaction time 4 h.Compared with not-leached lead anode slime,the content of Au and Ag in leached lead anode slime are enriched by more than 2 times.
