郴州市永兴新生矿区矿山安全与工业卫生设计

摘    要:永兴新生矿区设计铜矿生产规模为3400t/d,100万t/a,7000t铜金属/a,是一个新矿山。为了充分开发矿山资源,设计准备开挖三个明竖井:一个箕斗井,一个罐笼井,一个回风井。设计按照规范搞好废水、废渣、废气防治,采用合适的开采工艺,防止产生地质灾害。严格安全规章制度,严格管理,从工艺、制度、管理上搞好安全、卫生管理工作,达到了很好的效果,保证了矿山安全高效生产。

Abstract:The design production scale of the newborn mine of Yongxing country mineral deposits is 3 400 t/d, 100 tons/year,7 000 tons of copper metal/year. As a new mines,in order to fully develop mining resources, it designs to excavate three vertical Wells, a skip:well, well beyond a return. According to the standard design in wastewater and waste residue, waste prevention, it adoptes appropriate mining process to prevent producing geological disas- ters. Strict safety regulations, organization, strict management, technical and management system improve safety, hygiene management work, which achieve a good effect and ensure the efficient production safety in mines.
