摘    要:采用拉伸力学性能测试、扫描电镜及透射电镜观察等手段研究了微量Nd和Sc对Al-6.5Mg-0.5Mn合金的显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:分别单独添加Nd,Sc使合金的抗拉强度均有所提高;同时添加Nd和Sc可使合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度分别提高65MPa、55MPa,但合金的伸长率有所降低;合金中晶界上形成含Nd或Sc的化合物,这些化合物钉扎亚晶界、从而抑制合金的再结晶晶粒的形成。

Effect of Minor Nd and Sc Additions on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AI - 6.5Mg - 0.5Mn Aluminum Alloy

Abstract:The effect of minor neodymium and scandium additions on microstructure and mechanical properties of A1 - 6.5 M g - 0.5 M n aluminum alloy were investigated by means of tensile test, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the addition of 0.2% (mass fraction)Nd or Sc increases the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy at room temperature. When the addition of 0.2% (mass fraction) Nd and Sc together into the alloy, the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy are increased more obvi- ously at room temperature. This increment is the tensile 65 M Pa and 55 M Pa respectively. In contrast, the elongation of the alloy is decreased with Nd and Sc addition. Recrystallization is impeded of the alloy which is attributed to the compounds including Nd or Sc that was founded in the intergranular of the alloy.
