摘    要:采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等技术研究A1—10Ce中间合金对工业纯铝变质效果和长效变质,并与钠盐变质进行对比。结果表明,用A1—10Ce中间合金对工业纯铝进行变质,可取得极好的变质效果,变质持续时间比钠盐变质剂更长久且具有更好的重熔稳定性。

Abstract:The Modification Effects and lasting modification effects of Al- lOCe master alloys on Industry pure aluminum are investigated by means of the optics microscope and X - ray diffraction, and compared with the sodium salt modification effect. The experimental results indicate that there is an excellent modification effect with the proper addition of Al - lOCe master alloy on Industry pure aluminum. The modification effect of Al - lOCe master alloy can hold longer time and better remelting modification stability than that of sodium salt.
