矿浆絮凝沉降影响因数研究

摘    要:以某铜精矿矿浆为原料,试验研究了影响矿浆沉降特性的各种因素。针对物料颗粒粒度、矿浆浓度、絮凝剂种类及投加量对沉降速度的影响进行了絮凝沉降试验。试验表明,粒级较粗的颗粒较易沉降,高分子絮凝剂起到了加速颗粒沉降的目的,沉降速度随着矿浆浓度的增加而降低,随着絮凝剂用量的增大而加快。

Abstract:Factors of influencing the pulp settling property were investigated on the cop mine. The effect of material particle size, pulp concentration, the flocculant kind and ag speed was studied in the flocculation settling test.
