摘    要:研究了电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱仪中测定银锭、银粉、银浆中16种杂质元素的分析方法。通过实验对样品前处理及溶样方法进行设计,建立了仪器最佳工作条件,对酸度、基体干扰、共存元素干扰进行了优化试验。检测限、精密度与准确性试验表明该方法准确快速,适合日常分析。

Abstract:Study on the analysis method of 16 impurity elements in silver ingot, silver powder,silver paste in the de- termination of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer. Through the experiment, it sampled the pro- cessing and digestion method, established the best working conditions of instrument, the optimization test on acidity, matrix interference, interference of coexisting elements. The detection limit, precision and accuracy test show that the method is accurate and fast, suitable for routine analysis.
