含砷烟灰脱砷现状

摘    要:介绍了有色工业中含砷烟灰的主要来源及形态,综述了脱砷的两类方法——焙烧脱砷和浸出脱砷的研究现状,对比了两类方法的优缺点,得出浸出脱砷有工作环境好、适用范围广、能耗较低和技术手段丰富等优点,可实现含砷烟灰的变废为宝和综合利用。并指出含砷烟灰安全处置及综合利用的意义,以期对含砷废料的综合利用研究有所帮助。

Abstract:This paper introduces the resources and status of arsenic ashes, summarizes the present situation and com- pares the two different arsenic removal methods-roasting and leaching. The comparison shows that the arsenic removal by roasting has several advantages such as better work conditions, wider applicability, lower energy consumption and more available technologies. Also, the infulence of safe disposal and comprehensive use of arsenic ashes is illustrated in this paper, which is expected to be helpful to the further study of overall recycle of arsenic ashes.
