摘    要:为了解决龙泉市砩矿有限责任公司萤石浮选尾矿中微细粒萤石流失严重的问题,引入充气式浮选柱处理浮选机浮选尾矿,通过浮选柱参数优化确定了最终的工业生产流程。经连续运转72 h共计9个班次不间断工业生产得到了萤石精矿含CaF297.42%、CaF2回收率为96.59%的工业试验指标,该指标相比原生产指标,精矿中CaF2实际回收率提高了3.64%,浮选柱尾矿CaF2含量降低了2.31%,尾矿中微细粒萤石损失率降低了45.57%。

Abstract:In order to solve the serious loss of fine fluorite in fluorite flotation tailings of Longquan fluorite Mine Co.,Ltd.An inflatable flotation column was introduced to treat the flotation tailings of flotation machine, and the final industrial production process was determined through the optimization of flotation column parameters.After continuous operation for 72 hours, a total of 9 shifts of uninterrupted industrial production had obtained the industrial test index of fluorite concentrate containing 97.42% CaF2 and CaF2 recovery was 96.59%.Compared with the original production index, the actual recovery rate of CaF2 in concentrate is increased by 3.64%,the CaF;content in flotation column tailings is reduced by 2.31%,and the loss rate of fine fluorite in tailings is reduced by 45.57%.
