摘    要:以SnCl4·5H2O和NH3·H2O为原料,采用水热合成法制备出了粒度均匀的超细SnO2粉体。通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD),研究了纳米氧化锡粉体的形貌、尺寸分布和结构特征。SnO2颗粒平均粒径在10-20nm左右,呈不规则多面体,近似于球形,粒径分布窄,分散性良好。

Abstract:The uniformity nanometer-size SnOz particles were prepared by hydrothermal method with the raw materal of tin chloride and ammonia. The crystal pattern, size distribution and morphology of the nanoparticles are studied with TEM,XRD. The size of the particles is about 10 -20 nm. The particles present irregular polyhedron or near- spherical morphology. The nano-particles have narrow size distribution and good dispersibility.
