湖南醴陵浦口地区石英砂砾岩综合利用试验研究

针对湖南省醴陵市浦口地区樟树湾组中的沉积型石英砂岩矿矿石中有害杂质Fe₂O₃、Al₂O₃含量不符合要求的问题,通过查明矿石中矿物特征、各种组分含量以及赋存状态,选定脱泥—磨矿—磁选—分级—磨矿—混合酸浸出的石英砂提纯试验流程,结果显示,最终获得的0.417~0.104 mm普通石英砂产品中含SiO₂99.80%、Fe₂O₃130μg/g、Al₂O₃0.11%,达到了高纯石英砂的要求,并对提纯过程中产生的尾泥开展综合利用研究,达到了综合利用矿产资源的目的。

Experimental Study on Comprehensive Utilization of Quartz Glutenite in Pukou Area of Liling County,Hunan Province

Aiming at the problem that the content of Fe2O3 and Al2O3 in the sedimentary quartz sandstone ore of Zhangshuwan formation in Pukou area of Liling City,Hunan Province does not meet the requirements,the experimental process of desliming,grinding,magnetic separation,classification,grinding,mixed acid leaching for quartz sand purification was selected by finding out the mineral characteristics,the content of various components and the occurrence state of the ore.The results show that the 0.417~0.104 mm ordinary quartz sand contains 99.80%SiO2,130μg/g Fe2O3 and 0.11%Al2O3 is obtained,which meets the requirements of high purity quartz sand.The comprehensive utilization of tailing mud produced in the purification process was studied,and the purpose of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is achieved.
