摘    要:管理系统是一个多变量灰色系统,其评价过程具有人的主观性、方法的多样性、结果的不确定性等。灰色理论以其“少数据”、“贫信息”为研究对象,非常适用于管理绩效评价。灰色统计评价具有可操作性强、客观性强、分辨率高、可信度高等特点,能够克服其他评价方法主观性强的特点,并且能够准确地界定评价方案(指标)所属的灰类统计值。文章运用灰色统计评价模型开展了企业经营管理绩效综合评价,得到了令人满意的结论。

Abstract:Management is a multiple objective grey system. Its evaluation process is subjective, multiple of the methods and undefined of the results. The grey theory researches the poor data and poor information. It is suited for management effect evaluation. The grey statistics evaluation is practical, objective and distinguishable. It can overcome the fault of the common evaluation theory. It can calculate the grey theory statistic value of the evaluation index exactly. This paper makes the effect evaluation of the mining enterprise depending on the grey statistics model. It is very good for practice.
