电磁冲击加载集磁器对驱动板电磁力影响的有限元分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件研究了电磁冲击加载集磁器对驱动板电磁力的影响,建立了集磁器和驱动板有限元模型,分析了集磁器缝隙对驱动板电磁力的影响以及集磁器对不同大小驱动板电磁力的影响。仿真结果表明:集磁器上端靠近线圈的感应面电磁力主要集中分布在中间位置,呈环圆状,宽度约为半径的1/3,而该面中心孔附近电磁力只是其20%。由于集磁器采用圆锥体设计,使得另一面的电磁力大部分聚集在中心孔半径周围;驱动板电磁力沿中心孔半径呈梯度降低,其最大电磁力约为集磁器靠近线圈的涡流感应面最大电磁力的3倍,极大地提高了集磁效果,为设计更高效率的电磁冲击加载装置成为可能。

Abstract:To study the influence of electromagnetic impact loading collector-magnetic on electromagnetic force of driven plate, the finite element simulation software ANSYS was used to build the finite element model of collector-magnetic and driven plate, the effect of collector-magnetic gap on electromagnetic force of driven plate was investigated, and the influence of collector-magnetic on electromagnetic force of driven plate in different sizes was discussed. The result shows that, the electromagnetic force near the coil eddy current surface of collector-magnetic is mainly distributed in the middle as a circular ring, and the width is about 1/3 of the radius, but the electromagnetic force near the center hole is 20% of that near the coil eddy current surface. Due to the cone design of magnetic device, the electromagnetic force in another side mostly aggregates around the center hole; the electromagnetic force of driven plate also decreases in gradient along the radius of center hole, and the biggest electromagnetic force is almost 3 times of that near the coil eddy current surface, greatly improving the magnetic effect and making the design of electromagnetic impact loading device with higher efficiency possible.
