摘    要:利用自蔓延高温合成结合准热等静压法(SHS/PHIP)制备了TiC-Ni基金属陶瓷TN20(TiC-16.8Ni-4.2Mo),金属陶瓷中主要由TiC颗粒和Ni粘结相组合的。TiC颗粒连接成骨架状结构分布在不连续的粘结相当中,TiC相与Ni相界面结合良好,界面附近和粘结相内部存在的大量位错。同时研究了在两个压力 (90MPa和160MPa)制备的材料的力学性能,发现在160MPa压力下,材料的强度

Abstract:Dense TiC-Ni cermes TN20 were prepared by self-propagating high-temperature systhesis and pseudo heat isostatic pressing. It mainly consisted of TiC particles and Ni-binder. TiC skeletal structure was enveloped by uncontinuous Ni-binder phase. The interfacial bonding between TiC and Ni was found to be of a good quality. High dislocation density existed near the interface and inside the Ni-binder phase. Meanwhile properties of TN20 prepared under two pressures were studied. It is found that strength of TN20 getting under high pressure is close to K138A produced by traditional technology.
