蓄热式燃烧技术在有色熔铅炉的研究与运用

摘    要:本文分析了传统电铅阴极熔炉工艺及运行缺陷,提出采用蓄热技术与返烟技术相结合的高温低氧燃烧方案,并按此方案进行改造实施。该炉型改造投产后,实现了完全自动控制操作,各项指标均达到并超过设计要求,节能效果超过40%,烟气总量及其有害气体含量均实现了大幅度的减量排放。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the process and operation defects of traditional lead cathode smelting furnace, and proposes the program which combines regenerative burning technology and waste gas return technology. Based on this program, the technical transformation is carried out. After technical transformation, the furnace can be fully automatically operated, and all indexes meet and exceed the design requirement, with energy saving effect exceeding 40 %. Both waste gas volume and content of harmful gases achieve a substantial emissions reduction.
