| Abstract: | Focusing on the common problem of lower power factor of exhaust fan motor operation in electrolysis smelter, this paper proposes a solution including the selection of compensation method and the determination of installation position, then selects the type of compensation equipment, calculates the compensation capacity, and finally estimates the economic benefit and social effect. |
