从废弃炉渣中分离回收钴、镍

摘    要:用酸(硫酸+少量硝酸)浸出废弃炉渣,其中的Cu、Ni浸出率达99%以上,Co浸出率为87%。浸出液用铁粉置换法分离铜、黄钠铁矾法除铁、NaF法除钙镁、P204深度除杂、P507分离镍钴,杂质去除率达99.5%以上,Ni、Co回收率均超过94%。

Abstract:Cobalt,nickel and copper in waste slag were leached by mixed acid.Leaching rate of nickel and copper was more than 99% and leaching rate of cobalt was 87%.The copper was separated by iron powder replacement,Fe was separated in form of Na2Fe6(SO4)4(OH)12,Ca and Mg was separated by appending NaF,and residual impurities were deeply removed by P204 solvent extraction,Co and Ni were separated by P507 solvent extraction.The rate of removing impurities was more than 99.5% and the recovery rate of Co,Ni and Cu in solution was more than 94%.
