摘    要:为解决搅拌铸造法制备B4C/Mg-Li基复合材料锭子中蜂窝状孔隙的问题,分析了搅拌铸造法制备的B4C/Mg-Li基复合材料锭子中蜂窝状孔隙的形成原因,探讨了搅拌工艺、搅拌杆设计、B4C粉末添加形式以及搅拌温度对降低搅拌铸造Mg-Li基复合材料蜂窝状孔隙率的影响.结果表明B4C粉末以预合金方式加入并通过采取合理的搅拌工艺和搅拌杆设计,可有效地减少复合材料锭子中的蜂窝状孔隙,大变形量的塑性加工可使未完全消除的孔隙在加工过程中沿加工方向伸长、闭合,提高B4C/Mg-Li基复合材料锭坯的质量.

Abstract:With the aim of solving the problem of honeycomb pores in B4C/Mg-Li based composites,the forming causes of honeycomb pores in preparing B4C/Mg-Li based composites by stirring casting was investigated.The influence of stirring process,stirring rod shape,B4C powder addition method and stirring temperature to reducing the honeycomb porosity in the composite were discussed.Result indicates that the quality of the B4C/Mg-Li composite ingots has been improved greatly by adding B4C in prealloying and using both special stirring rod and casting process.The plastic working with large deformation can make the pores,which didn't scotch absolutely,extend and close along the working direction.
