摘    要:纳米陶瓷粉末应具备高纯度、组成可控、成分均匀、具有所需物相、颗粒尺寸小且分布范围窄、无硬团聚体等特性,然而传统的固相反应法已不能满足这些要求,本文综述了纳米陶瓷粉末的制备方法,如水热法、气相沉积法、化学共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法等,并从粉末特性、实用性及经济性等方面对制粉方法的优缺点进行了全面讨论,指出,追求高的性能/价格比始终是制粉方法的发展方向。

Abstract:Properties of nanometer ceramic powders must include high purity, controllable compostions, homogeneity, hoped phase, small particle size with sharp distribution, and no hard agglomerates. However, conventional solid-state reactions cann't have met these requirements. In this paper, preparation methods of nanometer ceramic powders, such as hydrothermal processing, chemical vapour deposition, chemical coprecipitation, and Sol-Gel, are reviewed in detail, and some advantages or disadvantages of these methods are discussed on powder properties, practicality and economy. The development direction for powder-preparation methods is pointed out forward a high performance/price ratio.
